It is important that any viewings or visits to your workspace are conducted safely. You are solely responsible as the property owner to carry out your own security checks with anyone who wishes to view your space. We are not responsible for any misrepresentation by users of this website.

  1. My Next Office will take the name, phone number and address of the person wishing to view your workspace.
  2. My Next Office will call the person back to make sure the phone number is valid.
  3. My Next Office will take an email address and test this before the viewing.
  4. We would always recommend you are not alone when conducting the viewing

The content of your listing on our website must not:
Contain any material which is defamatory of any person.
Contain any material which is obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory.
Promote sexually explicit material.
Promote violence.
Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
Infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person.
Be likely to deceive any person.
Be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence.
Promote any illegal activity.
Be threatening, abuse or invade another’s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.

You warrant that your content does comply with those standards, and you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty. This means you will be responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of warranty.

You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs and platform to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software.

Advertising, Photography and the Website:
You authorise us to advertise details of the workspace (including, without limitation, the address of the Property, its prices, photographs and plans) on our website, partner websites, magazines and newspapers and in any other such media as we deem in our sole discretion reasonable in order to achieve interest in your workspace.

Where we utilise photography
a)     owned by you or you have permission to use it;
b)     of the Property; and
c)     representative of the Property’s current condition.

Payment:
You acknowledge and agree that where we broker a workspace solution for serviced offices, managed offices, co-working space, business centre’s, storage, industrial space, hot desking, virtual offices, Science Parks, Innovation centres or any other space you as the operator provide, we may receive a brokerage fee from the operator or landlord in respect of the workspace solution we helped broker for a minimum fee of 10% of the annual rental of the total workspace solution. Payment should be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payment charges of 2.5% of the total invoiced amount will apply daily thereafter.

Exclusion of Liability:
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
