This modern two-storey Business Centre offers a range of fully serviced space, with offices for between 1 and 15 people. Prices are all-inclusive. However, if preferred, tenants may install their own telephone lines, bring their own furniture or use their own IT/server. Reception is fully manned and access is 24/7.
Additional services are available, such as telephone answering and PA work, as well as a stand-alone business address. The centre is conveniently located just off Molly Millars Lane, but avoids the traffic of Wokingham town centre. There is plenty of free parking on-site and secure parking under the building for all tenants and visitors.
This centre offers a variety of fully-equipped meeting and conference rooms, also available to non-tenants. Although this centre is currently close to full capacity, there is a sister centre just 600 metres away and it is possible (subject to availability) to easily transfer between the two sites if a smaller or larger office is required.
