Located about three miles northwest of Bradford, in the quaint historic market town of Shipley. You’ll find us west of Shipley, just over half a mile from the town centre, close to the out-of-town shopping and leisure facilities. We’re ideally located for anyone travelling from Leeds, Bradford, or any of the towns to the north and west of Shipley.

There are several offices to rent within our two-storey buildings. Our office spaces range from 600 square feet (55 square meters), suitable for a team of 10 – 15 people, to 2,380 square feet (222 square meters), ideal for a larger team of around 50 – 60 people. Offices have double-glazed windows, carpets, suspended ceilings, recessed fluorescent lighting, and central heating. Workspaces are available as a managed office, meaning they come unfurnished as a blank canvas, allowing you to make your space your own. Our flexible terms mean you can rent a space on a short-term licence agreement starting from just 12 months.
