This is our production studio space in Perivale. We have a collection of 35 small – medium sized offices and studios spread over three floors ranging from 114sqft – 1,500sqft. There is super-fast Wi-Fi, communal tea points and kitchen facilities.
Like all if our buildings there is 24/7 access and CCTV throughout. To the rear of the property we have two full height pillar-less chambers, measuring 9,500sqft each with 9m eaves and 11.5m apex height.
Each hangar has two large exterior roller shutters for loading, as well as a single interior roller shutter connecting the two. The building is a short walk from the famous Hoover Building overlooking the A40 and a 20min drive to Wembley Stadium. Nearest public transport link is the Perivale underground station.
